The social network for your workouts
Stop starting over every Monday.
On Stepply you never train alone. Your crew sees your workout, calls you for the next one and won't let you disappear.
The cycle everyone knows
- Monday“This time for real.”
- Wednesday“Crazy week…”
- Friday“I'll be back on Monday.”
It's not laziness. Alone, it's just easy to give up.
The turning point
When someone's waiting, you show up.
Stepply turns your workout into something your friends follow. And then, skipping gets a lot harder.

For every excuse, a nudge
We know them all. And we have an answer for each one.
How it works
Check-in. Crew. Podium. Repeat.
For the ones who rally everyone
Are you the one who gets the crew going?
Every group has that person who sends “let's go?” and pulls everyone along. If that's you, Stepply was made for you.
- Create a group for your crewChat, today's workout check-ins and who trained the most at each place this month.
- Create a challenge for your crewYou pick the rules, the length and the prize. The crew joins and the ranking heats up.
- See who you inspiredFind out how many people went to train after seeing your workout.
Challenges
Your workout is now worth a podium.
Challenges with a beginning, a middle and an end, clear rules and real prizes. The creator picks the game. You decide whether to go for it.
Every challenge has its own game
Whoever shows up the most wins.
What counts is how many days you trained. Depending on the rules, days in a row earn a bonus.
Whoever adds up the most wins.
Km, steps, minutes or calories added up until the last day, pulled from your watch or health app.
The creator sets the rest: which activities count, how much each one is worth, the minimum goal per workout (say 30 min or 5 km), how many workout check-ins count per day and the bonus for not missing a day all week.
There are rules, a ranking, a prize. And an end date.
- Before joiningYou see everything.Rules, which activities count, how scoring works, how long it lasts and what the prize is. In a competitive pool, also the entry fee and how the prize is split. Nothing hidden.
- DuringEvery workout counts. You check in your workout right then, pull your data with one tap and watch the ranking move. In challenges with a race or an event that scores points, the check-in has to be done on site.1 check-in away from 1st place.
- On the last dayThe scoreboard locks.Whoever finishes in a prize position takes it. A tie? The tiebreaker was in the rules from the start.
Playing for what?
Fair play
- The photo or video is taken right then, inside the app. Gallery uploads don't count.
- Suspicious workouts don't score.
- If your workout is rejected, a person reviews it, not just the system.

Ready to play for real?
Street races, a workout class in the park, your community's event: when it scores points, the workout check-in done on site goes straight into the ranking.
Quick questions
Before you download
No. The photo is enough. If you use a watch or a health app, you pull km, time and steps with one tap, and they show up on the photo itself. In performance challenges, that's how your numbers count.
How many days in a row you trained and shared it. When you're close to your record, the app lets you know.
The count starts over, nobody gets notified, and your record stays saved.
Nobody gets notified, except the person you picked to keep you on track. In a challenge, the ranking shows everyone's points, never a list of who skipped.
Only if you want to, and only the workout's spot on the map shows up, never the name of the place where you are. The exception is challenges with a race or an event that scores points, which may require an on-site check-in.
One tap on a friend's workout puts you on the list for their next one. When they go, the app reminds them to call you.
A group is your crew, private, with a chat. A club (organization) is the page of a running crew, studio, creator or brand, and inside it are the communities, split by schedule, level or sport.
